High Performance Center »Functional Integration in Micro- and Nanoelectronics«Plasmetrex and Fraunhofer IPMS jointly offer a "Theory and Hands-on Training on Plasma Processes in Micro- and Nanoelectronics". The practical training module, which is offered by Fraunhofer IPMS, is closely aligned with the content covered in the theoretical part of the course, which is given by Plasmetrex. The hands-on training can only be booked in combination with the theoretical module and is not available as a standalone course.
